IKEA opens new store in Alicante

Good news on its way for homeowners that wishes to renew their households furniture in the Alicante province at Costa Blanca, as IKEA opens a new store in the city of Alicante.

With its central position in the region of Valencia it will be nice alternative for the houseowners at Costa Blance who previously have had to go to either Murcia or the city of Valencia to visit an IKEA store.

The plans for the new store is scheduled for signing at next friday og will mark the first step for IKEA’s 17. store in Spain. The building of the store is expected to employ up to 4,000 construction workers and subsequently generate 1,700 new jobs, 400 of them in the Valencia Region.
