It is with great joy that we can present the new Villas Formentera at Vistabella Golf! There are going to be build 38 of these villas and it is possible to choose from three different layouts.

The 2+1 bedroom villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. One of the bathrooms being ensuite.  On the ground floor you’ll also find the kitchen, with a spacious kitchen island, a separate dining room and a laundry room. Up the stairs to the first floor you will find the masters bedroom, with another ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. From here you have direct acces to the big 52m2 solarium.

The 3+1 bedroom villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. One of the bathrooms being ensuite.  In this model you will also find the kitchen on the ground floor, with a spacious kitchen island, as well as the living room and a laundry room. On the first floor you have the masters bedroom, with another ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Here you also have direct acces to the big 52m2 solarium.

The 3 bedroom villa comes in only one plan and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms being ensuite. Here you will also find the kitchen, with a spacious kitchen island, the living room and a laundry room. From outside you have acces to a 37m2 solarium.

All of the models have outside terraces on the ground floor, which is 20m2. Everyone also have acces to a storage room. With all of the villas it is possible to add on a 3x6m pool.
