The Villas
It is with great joy that we can present the newest project at Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort! These three bedroom villas are located on the outer edge of the resort, but still only a few hundred meters from the biggest artificial lake in europe.
The ground floor offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has ensuite. The open living / Dining room has a modern kitchen equipped with an island. Notice that the area has double height ceilings, creating a feeling of spaciousness in the entire family room.
On the first floor you will find the masters bedroom, with both ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. From this floor you also have access to a bigger terrace, which faces directly south and very spacious!
Outside on the ground floor you’ll find a big terrace with enough space for a relaxing corner and a dining/grill area. This terrace is south facing. On the north side of the villa you have the main entrance and your parking. The villa comes with both a palm tree and either a lemon or orange tree.
All of the villas at Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort are made for energy efficiency and has an A-rating. All the villas also have pre-installed solar panels and electric vehicle charger. It is possible to get soler panels on the villas for 4500€.
Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort
The Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is a big well-thought out holiday resort, which main feature will be the huge 124.000m2 “La Reserva”. La Reserva is the heart of the resort and is an area for gardens and the custom made lake. The lake is going to be the biggest artificial pool in europe and will have 17000m2 of custom made beaches. In La Reserva you will also find different places to enjoy nature and sports. Around the resort there is also more than five kilometres of paths and tracks for running and cycling.
The whole project will also have about 4000 trees planted around the resort, which will create a cooling and relaxing atmosphere. Whats more, there will be an independent 35000m2 shopping area just beside the resort, with direct access to the road.
On the resort you will find designated places for everything from beach volleyball t0 disc golf, cross-training and street workout areas, pentaque and chess places. If its an activity which can be enjoyed outdoors, chances are, it is here.
