It is with great joy that we can present these new villas on Santa Rosalía, called Milos. The Milos villas consists of three stories and are located in the heart of Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort. The villas have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one toilet, one big living room with an open modern kitchen, a huge basement with english patio, as well as a 58m2 roof terrace where you will find your private pool.

Arriving at the property you can enter either through the door or through the motorized gate. The terraced garden surrounds the villa on two sides, ensuring plenty of space for activities. It is possible to park multiple cars on the property.

Entering the villa you will find yourself in the living room. Here you have plenty of space for relaxing, dining and cooking. The kitchen is located on the farthest wall and has a bit kitchen island with seating area. The room has been floor to ceiling sliding doors on two sides, which lets in lots of natural light and really opens the space up. Beside the kitchen you have the doorway to the hallway. From the hallway you have access to all three bedrooms in the villa, as well as one of the bathrooms. The second bathroom is located in the master bedroom, which also has a walk-in wardrobe.

In the hallway you also have the staircase which leads to the basement. The basement is either 82m2 or 128m2, depending on the specific villa. The Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is a big well-thought out holiday resort, which main feature will be the huge 124.000m2 “La Reserva”. La Reserva is the heart of the resort and is an area for gardens and the custom made lake. The lake is going to be the biggest artificial pool in europe and will have 17000m2 of custom made beaches. In La Reserva you will also find different places to enjoy nature and sports. Around the resort there is also more than five kilometres of paths and tracks for running and cycling.

The whole project will also have about 4000 trees planted around the resort, which will create a cooling and relaxing atmosphere. What’s more, there will be an independent 35000m2 shopping area just beside the resort.
