Continuing positive news for Costa Blanca

The good news for Costa Blanca keeps popping up. After an Easter, with more visitors on Costa Blanca than previous years, the statistics keeps on looking better and better.

Alicante Airport keeps on opening more routes, therefore the number of passengers in Alicante Airport went up by 8,8% last year.

The building license applications have increased by 21% in 1st quarter of 2014 in the Alicante province. It is still the southern part of Costa Blanca, that stands for the majority of sales and new build.

In Benidorm the townhall is negotiating with the spanish authorities for making a new technology park, with more than 5,000 employees.  In Torrevieja the townhall keeps improving the atmosphere of the city and  the last few years we have seen huge investments in parks, sports areas, bicycle lanes and a spotless cleaning of the city – everyday.

The hotels on the Costa Blanca North, at this time of the year are already  reporting good numbers for this summers bookings and those property owners who rent out their properties, are telling the same story.

With the warmest April in 50 years, it is sure to say, that Costa Blanca is hot in every way.
