Construction status

The construction of Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is well underway. The constructors, who aims to create a little walled paradise, are working harder than ever.

The artificial lake in the middle of the resort are being dug, while four different construction teams are building in different parts of the resort. The goal is to create the biggest artificial saltwater lake in Europe and a paradise around it. The lake will offer 17000m2 of artificial beaches when finished.

Around the resort the apartment complexes, houses and villas, are shooting up. The quality is still top notch, since the constructors are using well knows brands, such as Porcelanosa, Würth and Kömmerling. All the villas are going to have an A energy rating and pre-installed solar panels.
