Construction status

We’re pleased to share the latest progress on the Valonia Resort project. The construction of the first building is advancing swiftly, with the foundational structure now almost complete. Standing at nine stories tall, this development is taking shape. The second and third building have starting being dug, as well as the parking garage.  Once finished, Valonia Resort will offer an array of amenities, including multiple pools with varying depths, heated options for year-round enjoyment, a playground, hot tubs, a fitness center, and sports courts.
