3 bedroom villas on Santa Rosalía

We are happy to present these extraordinary villas called Alana. The villas consist of three stories and are located in the heart of Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort. The villas have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets, one big living room with an open modern kitchen, a huge lower floor with multiple rooms, as well as a big roof terrace where you will find just one of your private pools.

Arriving at the property, you can enter either through the door or through the automatic gate. The garden surrounds the villa on all sides, ensuring plenty of space for activities. By the entrance, you have parking space for two cars. To the right of the entrance, you have a walkway to the lower pool. The pool and the area around it is facing directly south, ensuring lots of light throughout the day. Close by the pool, you will find one of the toilets, practically located. Walking by the pool and around to the other side of the villa, you have a staircase leading to the lower garden area.

Entering the villa through the main entrance, you will find yourself in a hallway. In front of you and to the right, you have the living room and kitchen. The room is huge, with big glass doors facing the pool area and terrace. The glass doors slide into the walls for a seamless transition. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all white goods and with a big kitchen island.

To the left of the hallway by the main entrance, you have a pre-installed slot for an elevator. Beside the elevator is a staircase, leading to both the lower floor and the roof terrace. By the staircase, you have access to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms being located in the master bedroom, which also has a walk-in closet.

Taking the staircase downstairs, you will find multiple big rooms, and a toilet. One of the rooms is a laundry room, another is for electrical installations, another for the upkeep of the pools. The room opposite the laundry room and the main room can be used for whatever is desired. All of the rooms on this lower floor have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, leading into the lowered garden. This makes this area feel more private than the upstairs, but just as liveable.

Taking the staircase to the roof terrace, you will find the most special area in these villas. Here you have a toilet, storage room, full outdoor kitchen- with a kitchen island, a dining area, tanning area, lounge area, shower, and as the crown jewel, a 10-meter-long pool with a waterfall feature that goes into your other pool on the ground floor. This roof terrace has it all.

Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort

The Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is a big well-thought-out holiday resort, whose main feature will be the huge 124,000m2 “La Reserva”. La Reserva is the heart of the resort and is an area for gardens and the custom-made lake. The lake is going to be the biggest artificial pool in Europe and will have 17,000m2 of custom-made beaches. In La Reserva, you will also find different places to enjoy nature and sports. Around the resort, there are also more than five kilometers of paths and tracks for running and cycling.
