Spain look at the “new normal” and there are different rules among the communities.
The “new normal” include capacity limits and masks in almost all the regions.
After 98 days in a state of alarm the new normality has taken over in Spain. The fight against the pandemic continues, but since Sunday the 21. of June, Spain is no longer in state of alarm and a new normality has taken over.
What are the common rules in the “new normal”
You have to continue using mask, you must maintain the safety distance and strict hygiene measures to prevent infections, but travel, meetings and other activities are now more flexible.
It is not the Government who sets the rules but the autonomous communities that control and will regulate the control measures.
What are the rules in the Valencia (Alicante – Costa Blanca)
The community of Valencia which include the province of Alicante (Costa Blanca) will maintain in the new stage most of the same measures of phase 3 of the de-escalation plan, such at the obligation to limit the capacity to 75% in shops, terraces and restaurants or even 60% in shopping Centers. It is allowed to gather up to 800 people at open air shows, 50 people in open spaces and 25 in closed places.
Mask are compulsory for all those over the age of six in public place, shops, supermarkets etc. and places open to the public, where it is impossible to maintain the 2 metre social distancing rule.
