Torrevieja town hall will build 36,000 m2 large park and sports area.

When you build major residential area around Torrevieja,the local plans requires to have around 10% of the plot is transferred to the town hall. The town hall can then build a, school, library, museum, or as in this case a park and sports area.

Of the total of 36,000 m2, 10,000 m2 is dedicated to sports area. Construction price rises to more than € 1,400,000 and will be funded partially by the Torrevieja town hall, and partially by funds. The park will be situated overlooking salt lakes and mountains in the background.
