Mediter was recommended to us by friends in Denmark, who had bought a house in Torrevieja, through Mediter.

We were able to make an appointment with Jakob one of the first days of our vacation, and he took us around the area where we saw new and old apartments, within the price range we had agreed.

We got some general information about Spain, how to borrow money, what to pay attention to and much more – really good information to take home with you, when you move into the thinking process.

Jacob never left us with unanswered questions neither while in Spain or when we came back to Denmark. He helped us with big and small problems, as when we got the purchase agreement in Spanish (quite difficult reading when you don´t know Spanish).

We have received a super treatment both in connection with our purchase and the take over of our property. We have only had positive experiences in our dealings with Mediter.

When Jakob stopped, we got Anette as our new contact person which also has worked perfect.

We look forward to some sunny and lovely years in Spain – and maybe for my husband to play some golf.
