We finally managed to buy a property in Spain, thanks to Mediter Real Estate and especially Carsten Lange. Had we not gotten in touch with Carsten, we properly still would be looking, like we had done the previous 15 years. Buying a house in a foreign country is a matter of trust, and with Mediter and Carsten we found that feeling of trust.

Carsten initially showed us many houses and apartments in different areas, but at no time did we feel under pressure to buy – as Carsten told us many times; it has to feel right in your heart and stomach, when you buy a home. Last summer we found our property in Lomas De Cabo Roig which was an off plan project under construction. During the building process, Mediter continuously kept us informed and up to date, about the progress. In addition everything in connection with the paperwork also went smoothly. We had chosen the solicitor company “Mare Nostrum” as our legal representative. A really good choice, where all correspondence has gone quickly and without problems. In connection with the take over itself, Mediter’s after-sales service has been quite awesome. Anette Stenshøj has been an invaluable help to us, helping with the purchase of different inventory, bringing us to furniture stores in Torrevieja, helping with booking / installing the internet, aircon, awnings and so on. Having Anette at our side during the course has given us a great deal of peace of mind and has been absolutely amazing. We have also decided to sign up for Club Mediter, so that our house will be looked after, when we can not be there ourselves. We would like to thank all the people of Mediter, whom we have had contact with: Carsten, Kristin, Javier and Anette. Thanks to them we now have our lovely oasis in Lomas De Cabo Roig – Vista Azul XXV.
