Before we bought our property in Spain , we had been on golf holidays on the Costa Blanca area.We felt both very attracted by the area, partly due to the lovely climate all the year round , and partly because of the beautiful scenery and the wide range of golf courses.

There are also several airlines flying to Alicante several times a week , and it is very convenient if you like to use your home for short or long periods during the year.

When you decide to purchase a property in Spain , you have to know   several things both practical and legal. It is therefore very important to find a realtor who knows the system and the area very well and very important, someone you can trust! ! !
