Positive numbers from the Spanish property market. We have on this site several times referred to the positive property market on Costa Blanca. The market numbers from Costa Blanca are still impressive, and now the rest of Spain seems to follow up.
The number of properties sold in Spain the first quarter of 2013 has increased with more than 18%. A big surprise is a huge increase the region of Rioja, while the Valencia and Andalusian regions also shows great numbers.
A job report from the construction of new build properties on Costa Blanca shows that the last 6 months have lead to 2.700 new jobs – on top of the quite impressive construction numbers, that was going on already.
