New La Zenia project from Euromarina. The local company, Euromarina (celebrating 40 years anniversary this year), has bought up a plot in the La Zenia close to Zenia Boulevard. The plot offers some very interestering properties. A few of the properties have already been presented, though we are still waiting for publicity material.

The new project, Zenia Beach, offers apartments, townhouses and villas with private swimmingpool. In the middle of the complex, you will find a huge Asian inspired pool and garden area. The first properties in Zenia Beach are estimated to be delivered in March 2014.
