Mediter Real Estate opens in Alicante – Costa Blanca North

Mediter Real Estate are proud to announce the newest addition to our ongoing expansion with the opening of our office in the Costa Blanca North area, located in Playa San Juan, Alicante.

Over the past few years there has been an increasing number of clients interested in the northern part of the Costa Blanca area.

The Costa Blanca North is known for its beautiful and scenic nature, fantastic weather, miles of sandy beaches and lovely towns along the coast, such as Alicante, Villajoyosa, Benidorm/Finestrat, Albir, Altea, Calpe, Moraira/Benissa and Denia.

So far Mediter Real Estate has serviced clients in Costa Blanca North  from the main office in Orihuela Costa. The need for updated local knowledge and improved customer service has resultet in the opening of the new local office.

From the new location we will be working closely with all developments of new/second hand properties and off plan projects, offering the same local market knowledge as we offer in our Costa Blanca South office.

The office will be managed by Carsten Stenshøj, who with more than 14 years living in the area, has indepth local knowledge. Carsten Stenshøj has many years of experience in sales and in advising clients and is going to continue the  spirit of customer service which Mediter Real Estate has been known for since it´s start in 1999.
