Costa Blanca summer and property market is hot

It’s summer and you can enjoy the warm sun on the beach, the plazas and the golf courses. This summer the property market on Costa Blanca is also hot. The presentation of around 50 new developments on the Southern Costa Blanca shows a sign of optimism. In general the major construction companies in the region are very positive about the market, and some are even breaking all time sales records.

A sign of how popular the Southern Costa Blanca is, can be seen in the sales statistics from 1st quarter. Both Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa had 901 property sales in 1st quarter, and shares the 7th place, after the major cities in Spain. Combining the two cities gives a 3rd place(!!!).

During the 1st quarter 3,272 foreign buyers made a property purchase on Costa Blanca. As usual the Alicante province (Costa Blanca) is the most popular province for foreign property sales.

2nd quarter is not over yet, but the word from the business tells that 2nd quarter should be even higher on property sales than 1st quarter.
