Construction status for Ko Samui
The construction of the last properties in the Ko Samui development in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa located on Costa Blanca, has started.
The two first phases of townhouses are finished as well as block 1 and 2 with apartments. The next phases will consist of semidetached villas with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Behind the villas is the construction of block 3 and 4 well under way, while the foundation has started on block 5.
