Construction status for Panorama Mar

The construction of the first block in Panorama Mar is going fast. The block has nearly reached full height and the brickwork has started.

Panorama Mar consists of 4 blocks with a total of 185 apartments. All with direct sea views. Phase 1, which also is block 1 consists of 58 apartments. The communal garden and swimmingpool area offers 3 swimmingpools (infinity, bathing and children’s pool), jacuzzi and multipurpose sports court. In addition like the rest of the complexes in Señorio de Punta Prima, there will be installed CCTV for monitoring accesses and common areas, connectable to Security Service circuit.

All apartments in Panorama Mar come with private underground parking, storage room, conduct air-condition and heated floors in the bathrooms.
