• Airing the property (Opening windows and doors whilst other jobs are carried out)

• Flushing the toilets

• Running the taps

• Checking for any damp or mould

• Checking electricity, water and gas (Visual/smell)

• Checking for any visual signs of break-in or damage

• Checking that the locks on the doors work

• Checking that balcony doors and windows are closed

After our inspection we will leave a report at the property and send you one by e-mail.
