It is with great joy that we present this amazing apartment in the very popular residential Sea Senses! The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, laundry area, a living and dining room and two amazing terraces.

Entering the apartment from the wheelchair-friendly elevator, you will be met by breathtaking views directly to the Mediterranean Sea. The view of the sea makes it impossible to forget, that you are in sunny Spain and literally just a stonethrow from the sea. To the right of the entrance you have a spacious and open kitchen, with lots of cooking space. The fridge, oven and microwave are flush with the cabinets and gives a clean look to the modern kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a door to the laundry area fitted with a big cabinet for storage, a washing machine and a tumble drier. In front of the kitchen you have open dining and living that opens up to the main terrace.

The main terrace is accessed through two huge glass-sliding doors and is directly east-facing. It has a slight slope toward the south, since this is a corner apartment. This is perfect for sunlight on the terrace. From the terrace you placed directly in front of the sea and has 140 degrees seaview.

Beside the kitchen you have a hallway. To your left you will find the master bedroom with walk-in closet, a big ensuite and direct view to the sea. The master also has direct access via two sliding doors to the main terrace and amazing views of the sea. Imagine waking up to the sunrise in these settings!

If you go straight in the hallway you have the second bathroom. To the right you the second and third bedroom. The third bedroom has its own private terrace, located opposite the main terrace. Sea Senses is a private residential, complete with everything you could think of. You have multiple pools with different depths, some for children and some for adults. In the summer you have lifeguards keeping the pools safe. One of the infinity pools is heated and never goes below 27 degrees- even in the winter. You have a big playground for children and 4 different hot-tubs surrounding the pools, which are also heated year round. Between the pools you will find a cozy bar area which is run by a nearby restaurant. Here you can get everything the restaurant offers – without leaving the cozy complex.

Sea Senses also includes a fitness center overlooking the gardens and sea. If you take the staircase down in the from here, you will find a Finnish sauna and a Turkish steam-bath. Both open all year around and with space enough for 10 people.

In the summer you can relax on the sun terrace which features Balinese beds. Sea Senses also features a paddle court, as well as a football pitch and basketball court. Around Sea Senses you will find personnel every hour of the day. This includes both permanent personnel for cleaning and multiple guards.
