These new apartments are a part of the exclusive Lago de Como complex. The complex will consists of five phases, this being the first. This phase is six stories heigh, and consists of 17 apartments. The apartments come in different models, but have many things in common.

All of the apartments consists of a kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry/utility area, two bathrooms and either two or three bedrooms. All apartments have one ensuite bathroom. The laundry room is either in a room beside the kitchen or in a room on the terrace. In front of the living room you have big sliding doors facing the terrace, which lets in lots of light.

If you choose an apartment on the ground floor, you will also have a private garden. The gardens vary in size, depending on which apartment you get. If you choose an apartment higher in the building you will get better views and bigger terraces, the higher you get.

Mil Palmeras is part of Pilar de la Horadada in the Southern part of the Costa Blanca. Mil Palmeras literally means a “thousand palms”. Mil Palmeras is a quiet coastal town that really comes to life in the summer months as a popular holiday destination, known for its sandy beaches and clean clear water. It offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
 
Mil Palmeras beach is one of the most frequented as it has a large number of services available such as a children’s entertainment area, beach bars, boat rental, beach hammocks, as well as being very close to many restaurants. On summer evenings the beach promenade is filled with a handcraft market which ends after midnight.
From September till December and from February till May, this beach hosts new project named Hibernis Mare (Winter beach). It is a programme with free activities for all ages, like play centre, skating lessons and other sport activities like zumba, aerobox, tai chi, yoga, etc. Mil Palmeras is is only 60km from Alicante Airport and 45km from Murcia Airport.
