This new development is named Balcones de Vivi.

The apartment complex will consist of 208 apartments. The apartments will be finished in two stages where the first stage will be finished december 2023 and the second stage december 2024. Depending on the apartment you can choose either two or three bedrooms. All apartments have two bathrooms.

There are also multiple nice walks between the trees. Nearby you will find the Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja. It can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

The Balcones de Vivi urbanisation is located very close to the salt lake . The two salt lakes of Torrevieja makes the air some of the cleanest in the world. Each year many people move to the Torrevieja Area for this exact reason. The complex is located just 10 minutes from the popular La Zenia Boulevard, which is the biggest shoppingcenter in Alicante.
