The Villas

It is with great joy that we present the new villas Galán in Villamartin! The west-facing villas will have an unfinished basement included in the price. The east facing villas has the option for the basement.

Choose between one of three packages:

The Standart package  includes the villa, without any additional improvements. The basement floor can be finished with two bedrooms for 12.500€. This is only possible in the west facing villas.

The Business package offers a finished basement, aircondition, video surveillance, appliances and home domotics. For the villas without a basement, one will be made. Please contact for full list and price.

The Luxury package offers everything from the business package plus a higher level of domotics, a high quality interior furniture set and garden furniture. With the Luxury package you get a key ready house, ready to move in. Please contact for full list and price.

It is also possible to add a 4×2.5m pool for 10.000€

In the standard package option, the villas have three bedrooms and three or four bathrooms, depending on the direction of the villa. They all have terraces on the ground floor, first floor and a roof terrace. The roof terrace on all villas are a spacious 38m2, which assures space enough for all of the family. All villas also have a parking space.

The area

These new villas are located in the urbanización Blue Lagoon, a lovely part of Villamartín. They are right between the golf courses Real Club de Campoamor and Villamartin Golf. They are also very close to the internationally known school, El Limonar. Within 15 minutes by foot you can find several bars and restaurants in this community. Since the area primarily consists of international people, multiple different communities thrive here.
