Cozy and charming penthouse apartment of 70m2 + 15,5 m2 terrace from which a closed spiral staircase leads up to an additional 23m2 roof terrace. From here there is a panoramic view of 270 degrees.
There are views to the sea, a beautiful palm planted residential neighborhood, and a look to some salt mountains that are extracted from the two large salt lakes that are nearby. These lakes is such that precisely in this area is a wonderful and healthy climate, which is on the WHO list of one of the healthiest places in the world. The area recommended for people with lung disease, psoriasis, etc.
There are about 340 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature throughout the year at 23 degrees.
There is wireless internet (WiFi) in the apartment, with the possibility of unlimited usage.
The terrace is equipped with table, 4 chairs, large parasol and Weber charcoal grill.
The roof terrace is furnished with table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. The rooftop terrace is also possible to screen out the sun and wind by a large awning. Both terraces have outdoor lighting.
The apartment is – apart from the two terraces, divided into a bedroom and a living room with open kitchen, and bath and partially separated toilet.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, drawer arrangement and fitted wardrobes.
The living room, which has a beautiful brick fireplace, is furnished with sofa bed, making it possible with 2 additional beds. There are radio and CD player. Furthermore, there is TV, with Danish and foreign channels, as well as video and DVD. Here is always a selection of video and DVD movies for adults as well as children.
The apartment has 2 guest beds that can be used if, for example. want to sleep on the terrace at night.
The kitchen, which is integrated with the living room, includes ceramic hob, plain. oven, extractor, fridge-freezer and dishwasher and microwave. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, including coffee maker, electric kettle, hand mixer and blender. The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building. For apartment complex has an underground garage, operated by remote control. It is possible to come up with the elevator directly from the garage (No. 68) and up to the apartment entrance.
There is 2 bikes available. Will be charged extra charge for using these, but it is obvious that they are placed back in clean and usable condition.
The area has 24 hour security and TV monitor and you have to use the code to get into the entryway to the apartment.
To avoid allergy problems, the apartment must be smoke-free. It is not allowed to smoke inside, but of course there is the possibility to smoke on the terraces
