Zenia Boulevard set to open in september

Zenia Boulevard set to open in September. From the 26th of september, the existing commercial centers in the area of Costa Blanca will get a new huge competitor. Zenia Boulevard, will open it’s doors with 150 new shops. Zenia Boulevard has nothing less then 5.000 parkering spaces, where half of them are underground.
Reports from the Zenia Boulevard, says that all shops are rented. As well Zenia Boulevard has announced that one third of the shops are rented out to local business.

Of well known shops is Supermarket Al Campo, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Worten, Primark, Inditex group (Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Oysho, Bershka and Zara Home) C&A and more.

The many new shops, is expected to create 1.800 new jobs, and give 3.000 indirect jobs. Rumors had it, that Zenia Boulevard will open sundays. Zenia Boulevard will become a huge competitor to the comercial center, Habaneras in Torrevieja, while the comercial center Dos Mares also will be effected. Dos Mares is especially popular on sundays. One of the neighbors from Habaneras is now preparing to follow Zenia Boulevard. The casino in Torrevieja, will open next to Zenia Boulevard. The opening is expected in December. A new offer to those who likes gambling, is a sportsbar with bookmaking in the casino as well.

Zenia Boulevard is build as an open comercial center in a traditionally village style. This means big squares and special architecture.
