Trivees La Ceñuela in Punta Prima is back on sale

Trivee has unveiled plans for the sale of La Ceñuela – again.

The project has been delayed, after the town hall of Torrevieja pulled building permits for longer than expected. These are now released, and expected construction start is already within a few weeks.

Unlike the first time the project was presented, there is now only 1 type of housing.

This is modification of the already known property type, Java, built with great success in Villamartin. The building has two floors, and both ground floor and first floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ground floor apartments has a terrace and small garden area and access to the large communal pool, while topfloor has a nice terraces and a roof terrace with stunning views of the area and the Mediterranean Sea, which lies just 2 kilometers away.

A large proportion of the apartments in the entire complex will have spectacular views down towards the Mediterranean, as the road to the La Ceñuela project increases slightly throughout.
