San Juan de los Terreros is a coastal hamlet in the municipality of Pulpí, celebrated for its magnificent beaches, the last ones in Andalusia. Just offshore, two small volcanic islets form the Natural Monument of Isla de Terreros-Isla Negra, while the town’s most iconic landmark is the Castle of San Juan de las Terreras, built in 1764 on a promontory offering views, on clear days, across much of the Almería and Murcia coastlines. This residential development brings contemporary, innovative architecture to the heart of San Juan de los Terreros, creating a complex that blends exceptional design and quality with the highest standards of sustainability and well-being. Each home has been meticulously crafted by the technical team at Sota Tudela Arquitectura, so that light, spaciousness, and orientation give every residence and plot a distinctive character. Set within protected natural landscapes and bathed by beaches and coves of crystalline water, ranked among the best in Spain, the area offers a vibrant gastronomic, social, and sporting scene. Exclusive restaurants, sports clubs, and superb golf courses with sea views, such as Aguilón Golf, make it a perfect year-round destination for families.
