In the southern part of the town of Quesada, we find this beautiful terraced house. We enter via the sunny, south-facing garden of approximately 15 m², from where a small staircase with 3 steps leads to the covered terrace. This is also enclosed with glass panels, making it a lovely place to spend time in the winter. On the ground floor, we find the open living-dining room, a renovated toilet, and a kitchen with new appliances. At the rear, we have access to a private garden of approximately 10 m². The house was recently (2025) painted entirely on the inside and outside and is therefore essentially ready to move into! The property is sold including the furniture if the asking price is offered. The complex is secured by automatic gates and features a beautiful communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Highly recommended for a visit if you love the Spanish lifestyle!
