Spain's Digital Nomad Visa is a residence visa specifically designed for remote workers who are employed by or provide services to companies outside of Spain. It allows you to legally live and work in Spain while enjoying favourable tax treatment.
It is officially part of the visado para teletrabajo de carácter internacional (international telework visa) framework, launched as part of Spain's Ley de Startups (Startup Law).
