If you accept, we also send the same events (a search, a home you opened, an enquiry) from our server to Meta, through Meta's Conversions API. When you send an enquiry, your email address and phone number go to Meta only in coded form (a one-way hash), so Meta can match the enquiry to the ad. Meta does not get your message.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives this data. Meta may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Meta's own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
If you accept, Google Analytics also counts the pages you open, your searches, the homes you look at and whether you sent an enquiry. It gets no name, email or phone number. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. We have switched off Google advertising and Google data sharing for this account.

To learn which areas, prices and homes people look for, our server counts searches and the homes that are opened. This count uses no cookie, does not store your IP address and holds nothing that identifies you. We use it to decide which homes to look for and to advertise.
