This villa in Cartagena is an architectural statement by Swiss architect Massimo Di Caudo, conceived around clean, cubic and functional lines in a singular setting. The property is protected by exterior TV cameras and interior motion detectors, while the garden and garage access doors operate by infrared remote control. Inside, the layout is complemented by a garage for two vehicles plus an additional parking slot. The fully finished gardens include a floor water drainage system and can be customized with vegetation, irrigation and lighting. A jacuzzi and relaxation area overlook the Mediterranean Sea. The 10 x 5 meter pool is heated and fitted with a roller cover, offering infinite sea views. Terraces are arranged at various heights, creating intimate corners wrapped in greenery and an endless horizon over the water.
