4-sovrum 3-badrum Villa till salu i Ciudad quesada · 151 m²

We are proud to offer you this beautiful, fantastically maintained, traditional Spanish villa in a prestigious area of the always lively Ciudad Quesada. The house was built in 2008 and has only been used as a holiday home for the owners, which is why the house is in almost new condition. The ground floor of the villa has a large open space where the living room, dining room and American kitchen can be found. On this floor there are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The roof terrace can be reached via the external staircase. From here you have a beautiful view of the area and even the lagoon of La Mata can be seen. On the roof terrace there is 1 more bedroom and 1 bathroom. The villa is situated on a plot of 629 m² where we find a covered outdoor kitchen, a kidney-shaped private pool and a carport. The plants and trees in the garden are maintained weekly, which gives the whole a particularly well-kept appearance. The commercial center of Quesada, near the city gates, is approximately 2 kilometers away from the house. The Mediterranean Sea can be found approximately 8 kilometers away.
