Located just 20 minutes from the amazing beaches of the Costa Blanca and only 5 minutes from the ancient city of Orihuela, Rafal is a growing town, full of colour and life, with a history set in market gardening and a multicultural population. We listened to our clients in choosing the location and designing the layout of the development, which resulted in offering high-quality, single-level, detached homes on the edge of the village, with views over the surrounding countryside and the town park—giving a relaxed and peaceful setting, but with everything you need still close at hand.
