3-camera 3-bagno Villa in vendita a Benahavis · 576 m²

This sustainable luxury development comprises 18 individually designed villas, set within a 200-hectare country club estate. The homes are surrounded by magnificent countryside bordering a UNESCO Biosphere reserve, yet are just 15 minutes from the coast. The views, towards the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar, and the coastline of Africa beyond, are simply breathtaking. Award-winning. The project was named "World's Best Residential Development" at the 2022 International Property Awards. Competing against 550 other developments worldwide, it also won "Best Architecture in Europe" and "Best Residential Development." World-class design defines these homes, each one unlike anything that has come before. All 18 villas, along with their furniture and fittings, are unique. What they share, beyond the marvellous views, is an exceptional standard of design, creativity, and innovation rarely seen in residential developments. Domotics and general illumination are world-class, making each villa a truly smart home. Every villa is positioned for maximum privacy on its own plot, with large terraces, ample gardens, true infinity pools, and bespoke spaces for entertainment rooms, gyms, and home offices. Inside/outside living is central to the design, with the lounge and terrace merging seamlessly into one expansive living space. In key areas, the windows disappear into the walls, framing undisturbed, panoramic views of the idyllic natural surroundings. All the creature comforts you could need are on your doorstep. The resort’s amenities, currently under construction, will set it apart as the only one of its kind. Highlights include a spectacular 36,000 m2 lake stretching over 400 m at its longest point, a residents’ and guests’ club, an artificial beach with an enclosed swimming area, and non-motorised water sports such as windsurfing, paddle boards, kayaks, water bikes and rowing boats. An executive golf course encircling the lake, designed by Manuel Piñero, comes with a golf academy, a short practice area and a long game practice area. For wellbeing and leisure, there is a health and wellness centre with a spa, sauna, massage areas, a 25m heated pool and a secondary pool for aqua gym exercises, plus a running, walking and cycling route around the lake. An exclusive boutique hotel run by a hospitality group, tennis and paddle tennis courts, an exclusive restaurant, bar and snack bar, and a small commercial area with shops and a water sports kiosk complete the offer. Families are catered for with a Kid’s Club and children’s play park, including a junior climbing area. Sustainable luxury is at the heart of the project, which is in the process of BREEAM certification. The design enhancements from this assessment deliver sustainable homes that support residents’ wellbeing, protect natural resources and strengthen the property’s investment appeal.
