This beautiful, newly renovated detached house with private pool is located in a quiet, family friendly area.

Everything you need on a daily basis is within walking distance. Zenia Boulevard, the biggest shopping center in the Alicante province, is only 5 minutes away by car.

To both the beautiful la Zenia beach, and several other beaches with a blue flag it takes only a couple of minutes by car.

There are good restaurants, bars, shops, banks, golf shop and 3 popular 18 hole golf courses (Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin) within a distance of only 0,5 to 1,0 km (less than 1000yd).

The house has air condition/heat pump on both floors, electric heating in both bathrooms, and a gas fireplace in the living room.

There are 8 regular beds plus one extra fold-out bed. TV with Norwegian/English channels, and free Wi-Fi.

For a small extra cost, it is possible to order cleaning of the bedsheets, towels and house after departure.

The entire outside area is tiled, fenced and locked.

There is also a big common swimming pool only 2 minutes to walk from the house. This holds a very high standard, and can only be used by members of the resident`s association club. The key to the area comes with the house.
