Spanish Property Sales Reach 18-Month High |

It is being discussed if the Spanish housing prices should further down, has reached the bottom or is increasing. According to several portals and experts, the prices have at least hit bottom in Spain. From the first quarter 2009 till today, housing sales have increased more than 16%.
The Spanish real estate agencies, including the Mediter Real Estate, is seeing a growing interest in property in Spain. The prices of most homes are no longer declining. The most popular has even risen in price.
The general reason for a purchase today, is that many people have followed the Spanish property market in a long time. The dream of a Spanish house has always been there. Prices are good and the time to buy is good.
