Quara raise their prices from extremely cheap to very cheap

The building company Quara who lowered the prices in nowember and december have now raised their prices. The prices are though still very competetive. All properties have been raised with 10.000€


When Quara reduces the prices of their properties with 30-50% in november and december they gave a chock in the property market in the Costa Blanca south area. These prices was a 4-5 year stroke back in time. theres was no more speculations about curency exchange, interest movements and insecurity in general, these prices were simply much lower than a very nervous market had seen earlier. The result was not suprising, the Quara office in Villa Martin was filled with clients.

Now Quara has raised their prices again, not back to the high prices though. All properties have been raised with 10.000€ These prices are still low and very competetive.

A fairly part of the properties in the first phase of the Trivee properties in Villamartin is finished with the exterior work. The construction of the communal pool and garden area has started now. 26.02 - Las Colinas de Campoamor
